2. Orders & Payment
All prices on this site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are over 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
- The information provided is accurate and complete
- You are the authorised user of the payment method provided
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
3. Shipping
We use DHL Express for all orders.
- Australia: Free express shipping (1–2 business days from dispatch)
- International: Flat rate of $45 AUD (3–7 business days from dispatch)
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. We are not liable for delays once the package is in transit.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges
- Must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging
- A copy of the order confirmation or invoice must be provided
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- All exchange-related shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We do not exchange sale itemsRefunds
- Offered only for faulty items or if the incorrect item was sent
- Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Returned item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs
- Shifumi covers return postage for faulty or incorrect items only

5. Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. We aim to ensure accurate stock levels, but if an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide a full refund or alternative option.
