We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within reason, and within a clearly defined window.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges on full-priced items if the following conditions are met:
— The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
— It is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
— A copy of your order confirmation or invoice is provided
— Your preferred replacement is available in stock
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges. Please note, we do not accept exchanges on sale or discounted items.
Returns & Refunds
Refunds are issued only under specific circumstances:
— You’ve received an item that is faulty or defective (excluding misuse or accidental damage)
— You’ve been sent the wrong item
For a refund to be approved, the item must:
— Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order
— Remain unworn, unused and in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging
— Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase
All approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
In the case of faulty goods, Shifumi will cover return shipping. All other return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured return method, as Shifumi is not liable for items lost in transit.
How to initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please:
- Email contact@shifumishifumishifumi.com within the relevant timeframe
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and whether you're requesting a return or exchange
- Once approved, we’ll email you the next steps
